Top tips for sim shooting

Squeeze more enjoyment (and birds) out of your day.

  • Pace yourself. Cartridges add up. A 200-bird drive feels relentless if you're tired.
  • Watch your line. Sim drives often have crossing birds — pick a bird at a comfortable angle and follow it through.
  • Reset between drives. A short walk and a few sips of water reset your eye more than another coffee.
  • Talk to the host. Ask about the next drive's patterns before it starts. Knowing what's coming makes a real difference.
